BASIC DRAWING

We're going to draw, draw, draw! Come ready to boost your drawing skills with exercises designed to train the eye to see and the hand to move freely. We will cover:

* tools and materials

* basic composition

* sighting and measuring

* perspective

* expressive line work

* contour drawing

* handling edges and values

* rendering light and shade

* drawing with an eraser

* how to draw people, animals, and objects

This class is for beginning to advanced skill levels. Each student will receive helpful individual attention designed for their own level of skill. Sessions will start with a lecture/demo by the instructor.
